Create or open a calendar event to view the Add-in. The new Add-In should appear when you create or open a calendar event. Browse My Add-ins or Admin managed on the left to quickly find and add the Zoom for Outlook Add-In. Open an email message and click on the ellipses (three dots) on the right. If you do not see the icon, open a web browser and go to If you see the Add a Zoom Meeting icon in your toolbar, the Add-in is already installed and you can simply click on the icon and sign in using the instructions below (#6). Go to the Outlook app on your computer, open your calendar and open an existing meeting. Before moving forward, check to see if the Zoom Add-In is already installed. If this happens, re-launch Outlook and continue. Note: the uninstall process may cause Outlook to become unresponsive or quit expectedly. ĭouble-click Uninstall (uninstall.exe) and enter your computer’s password. Go to your applications in Finder and enter the folder labeled ZoomOutlookPlugin. Please note: This change only applies to Mac users. In order to continue scheduling Zoom meetings directly from Outlook, you will need to uninstall the plugin and download and install the Zoom for Outlook Add-In.įollow the steps below to uninstall the Zoom Mac Outlook Plugin and install the Zoom for Outlook Add-in.

Scroll down the page until you see "Zoom Extension for Browsers". Follow the normal steps to install a new application on your Android tablet or phone. Follow the normal steps to install a new application on your iPad or iPhone. Search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings” in the App Store ( Note: searches for “zoom” return many apps not affiliated with ). Click here or to the Apple App Store on your device. Click the Download button under Zoom Client for Meetings. Installing from this source will provide you with the latest available version and the default client settings. To install the Zoom Client on Your PC/Mac: Additionally, there are also optional extensions to Chrome and Firefox browsers and apps available on iOS and Android tablets and smartphones. Any faculty, staff, or student with a Zoom account can install the Zoom client on their personal and institutional computers. Zoom must be downloaded as a program on your personal computer ( Note: lectern PCs already include the software), and the process is the same for both Windows and Apple machines.
